The forest doesn’t need to be loud to be alive.
Sometimes it’s in the stillness that you notice the most.
A mushroom pushing its way out of an old log. Moss growing over something that has fallen. Tiny things happening quietly all around us, whether anyone is there to see them or not.
I painted this mushroom because I wanted to capture one of those moments—the kind you might walk right past if you weren’t paying attention.
There is something peaceful about the way nature simply keeps going.
Growing. Changing. Becoming.
No hurry. No need to prove anything.
Just quietly being exactly what it is.
Forest Mushroom is an invitation to slow down, look a little closer, and remember that there is a whole world happening in the stillness.
